Ninety-five years ago, Alberta celebrated its first Education Week to call attention to the importance of education and show the public the good things happening in Alberta schools.
The High Prairie School Division is proud to offer students an accessible, inclusive, and diverse education. In addition to well-trained and experienced teachers and educational assistants, HPSD’s team of learning professionals also includes a wellness team, inclusive education team, Indigenous education team, sports coaches/ mentors, transportation, technology, facilities, administration, and safety staff. This support network ensures that students are given the tools and mentorship necessary to achieve success.
This week, let us celebrate the tremendous opportunity that our children have, regardless of gender, race, or religion, to learn and grow as individuals in a safe environment.
